做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
