做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
