做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
