做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
