做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
