做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
