做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
