做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。
