做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
