做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
