做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
