做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
