做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
