做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
