做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
