做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
