做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
