做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
