做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
