做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
