做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
