做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
