做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
