做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
