做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
