做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
