做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
