做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
