做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
