做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
