做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
