做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
