做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
