做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
