做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
