做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
