做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
