做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
