做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
