做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
