做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
