做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
