做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
