做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
