做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
