做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
