做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
