做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
