做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。
