做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
